We currently deliver across India.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Time

Standard delivery: 5-7 business days.
Expedited delivery (if available): 2-4 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is free for orders above ₹1,000.
A nominal shipping fee of ₹50 is applicable for orders below ₹1,000.
Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or international orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your order on the courier partner’s website using the tracking number provided.

6. Delivery Issues

If the package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with photos of the package.

7. Address Accuracy

Ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Unsuccessful Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable, the courier will make up to two additional delivery attempts.
After three failed attempts, the order will be returned to us, and reshipping fees may apply.

9. International Shipping

For international orders, shipping timelines and charges vary depending on the destination.
Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
