The item is in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

Note: Returns will not be accepted for products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order details and the reason for return.
Attach photos or videos as proof of the issue.

5. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
In case of defective or incorrect products, we will reimburse the return shipping cost or arrange a reverse pickup where possible.

6. Exchange Option

Subject to availability, we may offer a replacement for defective or incorrect items instead of a refund. Please mention your preference during the return request.
